Choosing the right soil or chemicals for your growing system is one of the most important steps in Hydroponics. Their are tons of different choices out their but be careful as you can wast a lot of money on worthless products. Keep it simple, I use an organic PH down to get the water at the right level and one organic nutrient for growing and one for flowering. By all means I'm not discounting the use of other nutrients, some may work great for you but if your new to the indoor gardening you might want to check with your local shop to find the best mix of nutrients for you. One of the biggest mistakes I see people making is not changing the water in their systems on a regular basis. I tend to change the water in my system once a week, and that tends to work for me. It doesn't hurt to check the water every few days also. If anyone has any more advise please feel free to add your comments.
